Scottish Power Energy Retail Limited recently engaged Postal Audits to conduct an in depth analysis of its mailing processes in order to identify what opportunities were available to reduce costs, streamline processes and to investigate the feasibility of introducing competition to its mailing requirements. This analysis was conducted to agreed schedule and within budget. The resultant action plan provided by PostalAudits will be taken forward over the next 12 months, in order deliver significant cost reductions in one of its major areas of expenditure.
